WINDOWS ME and 2000 PRO SETUP SHEET
- Click Start.
- Select Settings --> Control Panel.
- Double Click on Internet Options.
- Click Once on the Connections tab
- Click on the Setup button on the right of Use the
Connection Wizard to connect your computer to the internet.
- Check the Circle that says I want to set up my Internet Connection Manually,
or I want to connect through a local area network (LAN). Click Next.
- Check the Circle that says I connect through a Phone Line and a Modem.
Click Next.
- Type in your Area Code and your Local Dial Up Number for the Internet.
- Uncheck use area code and dialing rules
- Click the Advanced Button.
- Click on the Addresses tab, make sure Internet Service Provider automatically provides one is checked.
- Under DNS Server address Select 'Always Use the following' then Enter 66.232.94.2 for DNS Server and 66.232.94.4 for Alternate DNS Server
- Click OK

- Click Next on the Phone Number page
- Type in Your Username and Password. Click Next.
- Connection Name box (Highlight the text in there and type over it) Type in RNSMTE.
Click Next.
- Do you want to setup an Internet Mail account now? Select Yes.
Click Next.
- Display name - Type in your Full Name. ex John Smith.
Click Next.
- Email address - Type in Your Username. (use lower case letters).
ex username@rnsmte.com. Click Next.
- My Incoming mail is a POP3
- Under Incoming Mail Server type in (use lower case letters) mail.rnsmte.com.
- Under Outgoing Mail Server type in (use lower case letters) mail.rnsmte.com.
- Click Next.
- Type in your Account Name and Password
and check Remember Password. Click Next.
- Take the Check off of "To Connect to the Internet immediately,
select this box and then click finish". Click Finish.
