UNINSTALL DIAL-UP NETWORKING
FOR WINDOWS 95 AND 98
Make Sure to have your Windows 95 or 98 Setup CD Handy!
- Double Click My Computer, then Double Click Dial-Up Networking.
- Right Click on the RNSMTE connection icon.
- Go to Delete and delete that icon.
- Close Dial-Up Networking and Double Click on Control Panel.
- Double Click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
- Click the Windows Setup tab.
- Double Click the Communications Line from the list of components.
- Uncheck Dial-Up Networking. It may prompt you to uninstall Direct Cable Connection, also.
Click Yes, if this is the case. - Click OK and then OK again.
- Close all your Windows and Reboot your computer.
